Bridger #3 Modified Canadian Jaw - We offer #2 and #3 Bridger Coilsprings in the "Canadian Jaw" model. Both models have doubled rounded steel jaw laminations (3/16” on topside of jaws and 1/4” on underside of jaws), 4-coiled, baseplated with center positioned D-Ring and a crunch proof swivel off the trap. A very humane and dependable trap. The #3 model with a 5/16" wide offset has met the requirements of the Agreement on International Humane Trapping Standard (AIHTS) in Canada.
As of Dec 2024, we will no longer supply traps with the 5/16" offset, traps will come with the factory offset. This exact model of trap is being submitted for approval under the 2023 RTC protocol and we expect it to officially pass modified in this way as it is identical to the current certified version of this trap aside from the difference in gap/offset.
