Many trappers drill four small holes in corners to hold trap in desired position by sliding small twigs thru the holes and thru the jaws at in corners of traps. Works well with the MB-Coni-Brackets, both twist in and nail on types and will likely yield better head catches than if trap is slid to the back of the notches.
