Beaver Pelt - Slights - Dressed Beaver pelts with imperfections, generally small holes but not excessive damage. We have graded and priced accordingly. Slights will be very useable with minor imperfections that are easily repaired. These skins have been dressed to garment quality specs, leather has been planed and is excellent for hats, mitts, etc.
Beaver size is calculated by length + width measurements. Realize that skins shrink significantly during dressing/tanning, thus for best results, always wet leather and re-stretch/block skins to realize the potential of your skins.
